ruint has sqlx support but alloy-primitives defines the address type which doesnt have sqlx support.

we can add this easily and introduce sqlx feature like ruint does.

see alos postgres.rs for existing postgres impl

I’m happy to help upstream sqlx support to alloy-primitives, and can prepare a PR based on my code in ethereum-mysql.
If you have any preferences for feature gating, module structure, or test coverage, please let me know.
I’ll start working on a PR and will update here soon.
