[Feature request] [Documentation] Clarify the repo name

I suppose this request might be a bit silly, but since I had this question I suppose other might too:

What is "premium" about the primitives in this repo? Does using them require payment in any context?

It would me nice if this was clarified in the readme. Thanks!
