Why dsstne is not taking more then one features?

I am trying to parse more than one feature in the dsstne, for that, I have changed the awk file, I commented out the specific condition, as well as I added the code here so that it can take other feature also. But after doing all this thing dsstne is still not working and crashing ( Segmentation fault (core dumped) ).

I tried to trace the code so that if any other changes are required but I couldn't find and it is very much lengthy also.
I just wanna know that dsstne only work for that particular example or it can take other feature also? If yes, then I guess, I have to change the code in so many places.
