New public instance series available

Dear participants,

We have just compiled and added to two new test sets to the repository:

• https://github.com/ambros-gleixner/MIPcc23/tree/main/datasets/vary_rhs/series_2
• https://github.com/ambros-gleixner/MIPcc23/tree/main/datasets/vary_rhs_obj/series_1

One more instance series with varying right-hand sides and one new series where both right-hand sides and objective function change. Next week will see another update.
