How do I set up and use ament_cobra command line tool?

I have looked through every file and nothing seems to state "here is how to set up/install/build ament_cobra" before usage instructions.

In ament_cmake_cobra/doc/index.rst, under How to run the check from the command line?, it links to a repo that seemingly does not mention Cobra.

How do I get from "clean new Linux installation" to "running ament_cobra on a build using command line"?

Hi, @MichaelBonnet - the Space ROS project has a more detailed work though of the ament_cobra workflow in our documentation here: Using the Cobra Static Analyzer. Quick caveat that the page hasn't been updated in awhile so please report back any issues but from the quick scan I did I think your questions are all addressed.
