Perform LBM simulations on iRonCub-Mk3 and compare the results with FVM simulations

Following the activity performed in #140 (comment), we would like to repeat the same simulation using the robot iRonCub-Mk3.

In the end, we did not complete this activity, since we focused on obtaining the result on iRonCub-Mk1 for the Science Paper.

All the information about what has been done in order to develop the architecture and the problems we faced are reported in this issue, while for checking and eventually modifying the code, you can look at this PR.
