Background Process Wishlist

Similar to #869, thought it might be helpful for us to begin forming a list of desired background processes, things vrecord could be doing/maybe stop doing while continuing to capture.

Again, anyone should add:

• ability to adjust a preset recording duration mid-capture
• multiple concurrent dv captures, a la the DVRescue GUI
• ability to incorporate things like black detection that could allow for cutting off recordings automatically
