Description

When trying to run vrecord on a Mac (running Sequoia 15.1.1) I get an error and vrecord will not launch:

mipopsappleid@MIPoPS-Mac2 ~ % vrecord -e /opt/homebrew/bin/vrecord: line 772: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `)' /opt/homebrew/bin/vrecord: line 2837: syntax error: unexpected end of file

Trying to upgrade/doctor/reinstall vrecord in homebrew also resulted in an error message:

Error: amiaopensource/amiaos/vrecord: /opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/amiaopensource/homebrew-amiaos/vrecord.rb:74: syntax error, unexpected local variable or method, expecting `end' or dummy end system "bin/"vrecord", "-h" ^~~~~~~ /opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/amiaopensource/homebrew-amiaos/vrecord.rb:76: unterminated string meets end of file

I'm getting identical errors on two Macs, both running the same OS. I'm not sure what other information might be helpful, but let me know and I'll provide all I can.
