Add Integrated 'Checkup' Modal to General Page #22
Description
Instead of having to input vitals and personal notes on separate (and opposite) tabs in two separate actions, create an integrated modal that saves this information to the respective locations, but doesn't make the user hit every screen to do it.
(retain individual modals where they are, just add this integrated one)
