Add Alternative Task "Completion" options #32
Description
There are legitimate reasons not to complete given tasks, and our system has no way to address this other than leaving them sit there overdue.
02 suggests a "Discontinue" button with the various options (accidental, duplicate, canceled, other [specify]) followed by a text box for additional comments.
