Description
There are various types of tasks that a nurse has to do (e.g. Medication, LabWork, Daily Living, Appointment, Other). "Completing" them requires differing levels of input from the nurse, and different kinds are much more time sensitive than others.
Tasks should be labeled, organized, and their behavior modified by category. Daily living tasks (brushing hair, sponge bath, etc.) may very well be sufficiently dealt with with just the button and can be pushed off any number of hours without any major issue or cause for alarm.
Missing an insulin shot, however, is a much more serious activity that is time sensitive and very important to the health of the patient, while appointment reminders may just be time sensitive.
It is "unsafe" [U02] to use the current 'task' complete button to mark a medication as given, since there is more needed from that update than a time stamp and boolean.
