leaflet diagram of the initial training/test split is off #95

Looking at the previous plots, I see that my leaflet diagram of the initial training/test split is off. 😢
I think it might help to add a mileage scale on the plots to see how close/far they are. Unfortunately, leaflet doesn't scale the points when you zoom, so they look huge and close together.
