Offer different styling options for the theme? (within Amnesty brand)

In a training session yesterday we were looking at editing the footer using FSE. One of our site administrators brought up the idea of offering different styling options for the site e.g. having different background colours or a background with the Amnesty candle.

Just thought I'd log the idea here for future ref.

with FSE, we can potentially offer lots of different built-in customisations - colour schemes, typography… etc., etc. - so that's certainly possible
