Bug - Section block - top and bottom background image alignment not working

Describe the bug
When I add a background image to a section block, I can set the background image origin to left or right and that works. But if I want to set it to top or bottom, it doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add new post
2. add a section block
3. add an image to the background on the section block
4. select background image origin either top, bottom or initial
5. see the image isn't aligned as expected

Expected behaviour
All of the background image alignment options should work properly.

Actual behaviour
Left, right and centre seem ok but top, bottom and initial don't seem to work.
