Bug - Tab Block - Anchor link to tab does not open the tab, only selects it.

Describe the bug
When using an anchor link to send a user directly to a specific tab in the Tab block, the link manages to 'select' the right tab but it doesn't open, meaning it still shows the first tab in the block.

To Reproduce

Open a page with a tab anchor link - i.e https://www.amnesty.org/en/about-us/our-leadership/#tab-aic

This link should skip to the tab labled 'Amnesty Charity' but instead opens to the tab on the Secretary General.

Hey @carolinejcourtney. I'm afraid I'm having trouble replicating this issue. I visited the link you posted in Brave, Chrome, and FireFox; on each of them, I was taken to the correct tab.
