Hotstop on windows 10 breaks internet AmneziaWG

Describe the bug
Turning on the hotspot completely stops the internet connection. (only on pc)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to server in AmneziaWG
2. Enable Hotspot in Network & Internet settings
3. Go to any website or in any app that uses internet
4. See that nothing loads

Expected behavior
All working fine, all websites and apps that uses internet works fine, and i have internet access on connected to hotspot devices and access to laptop.

Additional context
For no reason in task manager i see heavy load on wireguard network, around 500mbit/s (i can't say what app that does, cause in task list i see internet load only from system and is around 0.1mb/s).
I don't really need vpn on hotspot, i just need direct link to my laptop and access to internet (cause router is too far from my room, and it's not capable to 300mbit+ links).
Disabling only hotspot and not doing anything other brings all to normal work, and same when i disable connect to wg server, but when i connected to wg server and using hotspot, i can connect to hotspot and i have access to laptop, but i don't have internet on laptop, on connected devices in any situation i have internet access.
