In Angular web application getting "TypeError: util.inherits is not a function"

Describe the bug
Trying to use rhea-promise in an Angular web application.
Installed the library with npm install --save rhea-promise and used the receiver code example from the Readme of this library.
The project compiles correctly (ng serve) but there is an error in browser console log:

Angular version: 19
OS name and version: Windows 11

Likely you need to add "util" to your dev dependency list for browser, as rhea needs it.
