Possible bug with high speed morse code playback sound

When playing around with the WPM slider, I noticed that higher speed CW doesn't quite sound right. I suspect that dots are sometimes getting cut of, perhaps due to the transition time set here. This task is to investigate this further to see if this is an issue and if I should dynamically set that transition time based on the WPM.

Interestingly enough, this might actually be tied to the send frequency. With a low enough tone frequency and a high enough wpm, there's not enough time to complete a wavelength of the tone, thus resulting in discontinuity. The Nyquist limits apply to CW too, it appears.

Beyond that, 40 WPM is quite fast enough as it is. If I just impose that as the limit, we don't have any issues. It would be nice if the sender ran quicker, so I'll leave this open but for now I'm not going to consider this any sort of priority.
