NuGet Update? #24
Description
The NuGet package hasn't been updated since March 2015, yet you have all this work since then:
https://www.nuget.org/packages/VirtualizingObservableCollection/
As well, Github version tags should be used to map NuGet versions to commits.
What's the plan here?
