Support Python 3.14

What would you like to be added:

vunnel doesn't support Python 3.14 yet.

Why is this needed:

Use more recent version to get some performance and get rids of security vulnerabilities.

Thanks for the issue! I would love to support Python 3.14. 3.13 is still getting bugfixes for another year at least and security fixes for some time after that, so it's not a super urgent priority for me.

The reason that we haven't supported 3.14 yet is that on 3.14, some native extensions fail to compile (mashumaro, I think. Maybe it just needs an upgrade?) and the mariner provider doesn't work. I don't have time to investigate this right now, but I'd love to see a PR for this. Because upgrading to 3.14 requires code changes, and 3.13 still gets bugfixes, this hasn't been prioritized yet.

But if you (or anyone else) would like to raise a PR that fixes the native extensions and mariner provider on 3.14, I'd love to take a look. Thanks!
