Cloud data lost after crash&reqaired in Chrome #456

Steps to happen

ScriptSafe crashed and Chrome give a repair button there
Tap repair and get reinstalled
In settings turn on Sync, and tried several times to import settings, didn't get any response.
But when I made change to whitelist, it shown a “successful uploaded settings” prompt.
Try download settings again, successes, but won't get my old settings.
