Cloud data lost after crash&reqaired in Chrome

Steps to happen

1. ScriptSafe crashed and Chrome give a repair button there
2. Tap repair and get reinstalled
3. In settings turn on Sync, and tried several times to import settings, didn't get any response.
4. But when I made change to whitelist, it shown a “successful uploaded settings” prompt.
5. Try download settings again, successes, but won't get my old settings.
