Add option not to use IPv6 #491

Hello,

first of all I'd like to thank you for nice work.

Secondly, I wish there was some option not to use IPv6 in wireguard-install.sh and generated config.

Sure I can delete some parts of wireguard-install.sh and /etc/wireguard/params, but if there's any update, I need to do that again.
