[BUG] subtitles doesn't appear automatically

the file name of the video and the subtitles are same as you can see on the picture below and they are on the same folder

but once i play the video the subtitles doesn't appear automatically and when i check it the file name of subtitles is different as you can see in the picture below

right now the solution i use is to open manually the subtitles from my local files, i hope this problem will be solve
