The card browser's top bar doesn't update when rotating the screen #19289

Does it also happen in the desktop version?
- This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop
What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
If you rotate from landscape to portrait or vice versa, the top bar in the browser doesn't update (the font size of the text on the left, and whether the extra buttons appear).

Expected behaviour
The top bar should update to match the current screen orientation.

Note that selecting a card and going back reset the font size, but doesn't add or remove the extra buttons.
