Terminology consistence: internal and external

We have several levels at which we want consistency in terminology

• inside the nspec repository
• inside the repositories, relevant for each ADOS product versions
• between all repositories at www.github.anoma and pre-existing community references, e.g., https://docs.zkproof.org/reference#version-03
