Schwa deletion in romanization for Hindi #50

Hi,

Looks like Schwa deletion is not handled for Hindi , Punjabi etc.

>>> input_text='जिसका'
>>> print(ItransTransliterator.to_itrans(input_text,'hi'))
jisakaa
