The question is if this should be an extra module (as it's a separate API on AWS as well) or integrated into the existing elasticache module, as one could just specify serverless as the node_type and just use the existing module.

Summary
It would be nice if the elasticache module would also support the serverless type, introduced by AWS in Nov. 2023.
See https://aws.amazon.com/de/blogs/aws/amazon-elasticache-serverless-for-redis-and-memcached-now-generally-available/
This seems to be supported by Boto3 already see https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/elasticache/client/create_serverless_cache.html
