Create a virt-v2v module

SUMMARY

I'd like to help author a virt-v2v module for ansible to help people with VMs (And their associated disks) in Hyper-V move them to KubeVirt (KVM under OpenShift). I was wondering if there is anyone currently working on this? If not, I was thinking the best place to put it would be here .

I've looked at Migration Toolkit for Virtualization and leveraging Ansible Hooks, but this seems like it would be a better place for this; and could be re-used there too if it's here.
