[Enabler] Run full regression against ansible-core 2.18

Enabler description

The goal is to run all a full regression using latest stable version like v1.13.0 with ansible-core 2.18 and catch any errors found in the testing process.

Issues should not be resolved as part of this task but rather we should create a new issue to fix later.

I ran single-EC pipelines, with: zoau 1.3.5.1, Ansible 2.18.4, Python 3.12, running dev against dev.
There were 2 interruptions. This is the test results, with the exception of 2 test files:

Tests to repeat to conclude validation:

tests/functional/modules/test_zos_archive_func.py,

If i can get those test sets to complete, we should be able to say all testing works with Ansible 2.18

Created issue #2087 to track this failing test case in 2.18 find the root cause and fix.

Fernando checked and reported that the new issue is only with 2.18, on one feature. So we decided to close this ticket, since it shows this is compatible with 2.18, and the issue he refers to relates to the one dicovered issue.
