Changelog is missing

I'm considering upgrading the chart version but I have no idea what changed between 2.19.1 and 3.2.0, as there is no changelog file nor are the changes included in the Releases section. Updating the chart blindly without knowledge of what changed is impossible in production setting. Commit log is not a substitute for a change log as commit messages are most often descriptive of a technical solution implemented and don't describe the overall goal they accomplish or impact they make, plus there is the noise from Dependabot and other automation. Please publish a changelog, and since this chart claims to follow SemVer, it should also include migration guide for major version changes.

@schen1 - Thank you for the links. @gundalow - I'd say a link in the readme is a bare minimum; the changes should be directly in CHANGELOG.md or under each Release. This is a good read: https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.1.0/
