Docs for using Ansible in GHA and other public CI platforms

Ansible is installed by default on GHA runners. This has come up a couple of times at events like DevConf. We should have some docs that guide folks in replacing things like Bash scripts with playbooks and using Ansible in workflows.

@oraNod when you get the chance, can you put some more detail into this? What sort of info to include, where it would live in the docs etc? I'll leave the triage label there as a reminder.

@webknjaz thinking about an approach to documenting this with a small workflow file and directory structure for playbooks and maybe roles that you could use to scaffold.

rather than just a section in the documentation. I feel like the focus on docs should be more about the advantages of Ansible in a workflow than just "you can run ansible-playbook on gh runners without the need to install"

focus docs on idempotency, dynamic inventories, and maybe secret mgmt.

we could maybe add a workflow to the devtools ones that already exist for galaxy importer and lint etc.

It depends on the image you're using for GitHub runners. The default image (for Linux) has Ansible installed, but I'm not sure about the default macOS or Windows images for example, and custom images can always be different; custom runners in particular.

Also one downside of using the Ansible installed by default is that you don't have control over its version. Depending on what you do that is totally fine, or highly problematic...
