Summary

During the Ansible 12.0.0b2 release we found the issue that failure of "Ansible porting guide creation" github action workflow leaving a stale -branch on the ansible-documentation repo` in the workflow fails.

Description

• During the Ansible 12.0.0b2 release there no now porting guide was created in the ansible-build-data repo, ref this PR.
• When we ran "Ansible porting guide creation" github action workflow in this ansible-documentation repo, is failed (as expected) with no new Porting_Guide being present.
• The failed job left a stale -branch on the ansible-documentation repo` in the workflow fails.
