• Molecule 6

  Molecule v6.0.0 (aka “Molecule 6”) will refocus the project to be a test runner for functional testing of Ansible playbooks and roles using Ansible itself. This will be released as a developer preview on its way to being a fully supported part of the Ansible platform. In order to achieve this, Molecule will need to be streamlined and introduce a number of breaking changes in order to do all of this. This milestone contains those breaking changes. All work will happen in a separated branch called `next`.

  The main goal of this release is to adopt use of ansible-compat library, while trying to minimize the amount of disruptive changes. Users trying to adopt this version should be aware that the way we alter ansible include paths for collections, roles and modules and install these for testing have changed.
