Webhook liveStreamEnded incorrect behavior

Seems antmedia send webhook liveStreamEnded not when stream ended, but when playlist in current stream ended (or if there is only one file in playlist - when this file playing is ended). After that antmedia send webhook liveStreamStarted and this triggers updating stream's startTime field each time when playlist playing starts from scratch.

When the item in the playlist changes or loops, the stream restarts during this process and due to this, liveStreamStarted & liveStreamEnded webhook triggers.
