graphviz diagrams not displaying

What do you see as an issue?

Have checked a few different pages, all graphviz image look to be broken.

I found it when I was reading about datasets,
Here is the page link. https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/authoring-and-scheduling/datasets.html#multiple-datasets

Looks like there might be only two that are visible, as I can't find a page for the Edge Provider Package.

When I was working in this issue
I created a different file with the same content of a celery executor and run with the sphinx

It show the digraph
But in the codebase when I run it
It still show the code

Is this a configuration problem or sphinx upgrade problem
