Add support for nested log grouping in UI

Description

Add support for nested log grouping which was supported in Airflow 2.x . This was not implemented in the initial PR #46820 with summary details tag. Opening this issue for tracking.

Nested groups in Airflow 2.x should be supported in Airflow 3
