Add Task Group details page to UI

Description

In Airflow 2, we had a very basic page to show the task summary for a task group. But it was very sparse so we didn't yet reimplement it for 3.0. In 3.1+ we should bring it back but include:

• any charts that a task instance would have
• clear+mark actions like a task instance
• see all asset events

Hi @bbovenzi, I found that there is currently no straightforward way to get group TI in frontend, could I add an ui endpoint like getGroupTaskInstance first? Or is there any other better way to get them? Thanks in advance!

Let's first use the Grid data endpoint. We're already using it to fill in the grid and graph views, so most of the time the data is already cached. But when its not you can see how we fetch a single run in our MappedTaskInstance summary page
