Handle documentation updates for latest shared library moves

Few critical pieces of code have been moved in shared libraries in the recent days like:

• plugins_manager
• listeners
• providers_manager (in progress)

This meta issue is meant to track the state of documentation and handle them appropriately for these components (some might not even need an update)
