[3.15.x] Debezium-postgres: investigate test failure

There is test failure in debezium postgreass, probably related to a client update.

The test is disabled on 3.15.x. To avoid troubles with the next release from that version, we should investigate and fix the issue.

Test should be enabled once oslved.
