Fail to start cloudstack-management after upgrade from 4.19.1.1 to 4.20.1

Due to a Java version update, there are essential steps that need to be taken after version 4.20.1 and Java 17. Specifically, the /etc/default/cloudstack-management file needs to be merged or updated with the .rpmnew file. Failure to do so will result in a startup failure. It is recommended to update the upgrade guide from the document website.

Can you describe that versions you were upgrading from (ACS and java)?
Can you describe the conflicts the .rpmnew file contained in comparison to the installed version?

• java-11-openjdk-headless-11.0.22.0.7-2.0.1.el9.x86_64 to java-17-openjdk-17.0.15.0.6-2.0.1.el9.x86_64
• ACS 4.19.1.1 to 4.20.1.0
