Quota Plugin UI issue

problem

(1):
The Quota/Summary page for an account on the Quota usage tab does not show me any quota consumption. This is about right, because the selected time frame is fix for the current date. startdate and enddate are the current date. For today there are no data available since my usage server runs every 24 hours. cmk shows the same data. The possibility to adjust the startdate and the enddate would be useful.

(2):
The quota balance tab shows me two day only. This is the current date and tomorrow. This does not seems to be right.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. install and enable usage server
2. enable quota service
3. set tariffs for some usage types
4. wait for the next day or run "quota update" from cmk
5. Open Quota/Summary page
6. The list of accounts should show some values within the balance column
7. Open one of the accounts and choose the quota usage and/or quota balance tab
   ...

What to do about it?

(1):
Add functionality to choose the time frame.

(2):
Fix the list of days. Remove tomorrow. Add more days in the past.
