The main package is unable to read files located in folders of the resource center uploaded by myself when create Flink jobs

I upload 2 files to the resource center， which one located in folders named test_dir and next one in root path like below shows

but when I want to create a flink workflow, in the input field named main package, the file 121.jar inside the folder is not displayed, only files in the root directory are shown. However, in the input field named resources both files are displayed.

Both files were uploaded by the same user. Could this be a bug?

However, when I use the admin account to create a Flink workflow, both files are displayed and available for selection, as shown in the screenshot below.

It is normal after the upgrade.
