doris fe node hangs up and cant restart

After the doris fe node hangs up, the master node can be started using the method --metadata_failure_recovery in https://doris.apache.org/zh-CN/docs/2.0/admin-manual/maint-monitor/metadata-operation, but other fe nodes cannot be started. Other fe nodes are started using the --helper ip:port method. Do they still need to use metadata_failure_recovery? Moreover, after other nodes are started using the --helper ip:port method to connect to the master, the master will automatically go offline. How can I solve this problem? It's urgent.Thanks
