how to request /metrics with external ip?

hi,
I can use curl to send http request using internal ip. eg. http://127.0.0.1:8030/metrics . But I cannot use external ip. eg. http://11.19.11.22/metrics . it responses access denied. Please give some suggestions. thanks.

do you mean you can't use http://11.19.11.22:8030/metrics ?
if it's yes, you need to check the network and port. like this
telnet 11.19.11.22 8030
