[Bug] Broken Links in README: ‘Docs’ and ‘Compilation’ Sections Not Accessible

What's Wrong?

There are two broken links in the README.
Docs section and Compile section in the Get Started chapter.

What You Expected?

The links to be updated to the correct URLs.

How to Reproduce?

Visit https://github.com/apache/doris?tab=readme-ov-file#-docs or https://github.com/apache/doris?tab=readme-ov-file#%EF%B8%8F-compile and click on the links for "Docs" or "Compilation", which display “Not Found” page.
