FR: support compressed metadata #1801

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
The spec mentions that compressed metadata has the following naming convention:
*.gz.metadata.json
However, iceberg-rust throws an error when it encounters a compressed metadata file:
External error: DataInvalid
It would be nice to support this.
