[Improve][Doc] Link of checksum file for download verification is wrong

Description

The repository at https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/public/org/apache/inlong contains only SHA-1 checksum files. For SHA-512 checksum files, users are currently directed to https://downloads.apache.org/inlong/2.0.0/.

Ideally, SHA-512 checksum files should be available for each downloadable file. However, at https://downloads.apache.org/inlong/2.0.0/, SHA-512 files are provided only for the complete source and binary ZIP files. I am unsure how to resolve this discrepancy and ensure individual SHA-512 checksums for all files.
