BmlClient Not be implement completed

当我想调用linkis-bml-client提供的download方法时，发现其部份逻辑错识，且部份方法未实现.

注：原来模块是 linkis-bml-client ,现在新的是 linkis-pes-client

代码为HttpBmlClient ,如下图（当然该类中还有其它地方）
