Question about StatisticManager#getOnlineDate

We hard code '2016-12-16' as the online date, it's not nice to users.

        SimpleDateFormat formatter = new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd");
        try {
            return formatter.parse("2016-12-16");
        } catch (final ParseException ex) {
            return null;
        }
    }
