Description
Implement functionality in the liaison component to persist data blocks and index batches into a local queue. This queue will be a retry mechanism for scenarios where target data nodes are unavailable during data writing operations. By queuing the data locally, the liaison can attempt to resend the data to the appropriate data nodes later, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
